Originally from Ambrose, Georgia Dr. Willis O. Lewis is the founder and Pastor of the Rhema Word Christian Outreach Ministry, Inc., in Augusta, Georgia. Dr. Lewis received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior on September 26, 1980 and holds a Doctorate in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from the American Theological Seminary.
 
After graduating high school in Douglas, Georgia Dr. Lewis spent the next 24 years proudly serving in the U.S. Army as a Telecommunication Signal Chief. During his military career, Dr. Lewis’ pastorate includes Corlu, Turkey from February 1985 to January 1986 and Camp Carroll, Korea from July 1994 to June 1995.
 
Dr. Willis and his wife, Dr. Lola Lewis, married on July 2, 1983 and have four children together (Sabray, Lacora, Joshua and Lexus).
